I personally feel we should wait till all the slots are filled.
My take some time, it may not, but this just allows us all to be able to post at the same time at the start, instead of having a player jump in half way in. A majority of players don't really like jumping inNow if half-way.
Plus it would be kind of strange getting half-way and then all of a sudden a new kid jumps in seemingly out of the blue, even if the introduction was wonderful and fills in the time gap, it feel odd.
Now if it takes too longer, then I'm not against starting if all positions aren't filled, but for a time- I think we should wait. ^^

I think we should also wait for the slops to be filled. But if they don't fill after a goven period of time then we should just start since there's no use in waiting for ever for someone who isn't coming.
