Could you all just stay still a minute because I am talking! Now, the question for the hour is, 'Who's going to defeat me?' Answer: No one. Next question: 'Who's coming to do it?' Come on, look at me! No plan, no backup, no weapons worth a damn, oh, and something else I don't have: anything to lose! So, if you're sitting up there in your silly little space ships with all your silly little guns, and you've got any plans on defeating me tonight, just remember who's standing in your way! Remember every black day I ever stopped you, and then, and then, do the smart thing! Let somebody else try first."

The rules are rather simple, though here are to list a few:

-Be respectful to your fellow roleplayers:
This means to treat your fellow members inside and outside
the roleplay the way you would like to be treated.

-At least 2+ sentences:
I can not stress this enough, but please have at least 2 or more
sentences. It really gives us things to work with.

-Stay on topic and be sure you have the knowledge:
Some may not have the knowledge on this fandom, but that
is why some of us are here. To learn and catch up with it.

-Limits on Race:
What many need to see is that the Time Lords are a race of
very few. Some species are rare some not. I know a lot on races
and will put limits in a journal that I can then notify them if
it reaches it's quota or not.

-Post all forms in the discussion thread:

OOC talk and posting your character forms. Please visit
