Private roleplay thread for Cjr09 and Startedraining (maybe other people)
The roleplays will probably be short lived and uneventful, but it will continue eventually in a different plot.

Usually eldemore based and probably a lot of pirates and Serval seekers.

Lyric swears vehemently as he hurtles himself over a cart, Trail, his 'Fool' Tarot Card Serval, hot of his tail.

So maybe he shouldn't've decked the guy, but he was drunk and attacking his daughter.

Maybe not as drunk as he'd thought if he was still keeping pace with minimal staggering and swaying.

Well, he'd been in worse situations and he wouldn't be difficult to shake.

But he'd been so close to winning that game of Liar's Dice.

He banks a hard right and Trail leaps to his shoulders, and they dart down an alley.

And straight into someone.

The boy ran into the girl, who was in fact much shorter than her, at a dead sprint. She toppled over him and hit the ground hard, knocking the breath out from her. She glared at him through strikingly blue eyes and cursed.
"Do you mind?" she snapped, "I'm trying to get somewhere."
A small Serval skittered over her back, and nosed the boy on the ground. A Seeker. She sighed, sitting up with difficulty. Her own small Serval kitten and Egyptian Serval padded from the shadows.
"Have you no manners?"

Well he didn't think he'd ever accidentally steamrolled someone before.

He privately counts that as a win.

"Generally, I have a select few. Just not right now."

As if on cue, the drunken man swings around the corner with enough force to slam him into the opposite wall with a roar.

"I'LL KILL YOU!"

Well. He hadn't hit the man that hard.

He looks to the exit behind him and back to the man. Back to the exit. Secluded enough, and if he could knock him out fast there wouldn't be any reason to investigate. And then there was the Serval Seeker behind him- hopefully they weren't green enough to just scream or something similarly stupid, but they didn't seem it.

He lunges up and over the man, dropping a sharp elbow into his side and knocking the air out of him.

In a fleeting decision, the girl lunges and kicks the winded man, knocking him to the ground. She turned to the boy and his Serval, then back at her two Servals, watching the situation avidly, and back at the boy. "Who are you?" she asks menacingly, "And why are you blundering about like this?"

Lyric brings the heel of his foot down on the mans head- not enough to kill- but the man goes into unconsciousness easily and won't come out for a while.

"Eh, the guy was beating his kid in a drunken rage. I decked him and it turned out he wasn't as drunk as I thought and now we're here. You okay Trail?" The Serval mews and simply picks back up his fallen loot stick, jumping back onto Lyric's shoulders.

[Startedraining]

Shrugging, the girl amends, "What is your name?" she asks, keen on exploring this boy's personality further.

"Me? Name's Zephyr. Call my Zeph, call me Z, I don't care. You are?"

Well. Just because he hadn't given the girl his true name didn't mean he didn't want one in return, fake or otherwise.

[Startedraining]

The girl shrugs, "I'll reveal it in time, if you want me to," she reaches up to brush a lock of reddish hair from her eyes. "What did you do to that guy to get him to chase you anyway?"

Well, not a problem.

"I decked him. In the face. And knocked him to the floor. And swore pretty colorfully at him in the process."
