- The Doctor
The Gallifreyan glanced at the hallway and shouted, "Right! Take your time!" and glanced back at the screen on the console. He then noticed they were landing, and brought the TARDIS to a rather nice (he thought so, anyway) stop on the artificial cloud he had created for the sole purpose of hiding the TARDIS from plain view. The Doctor then left the console room unattended as he went to go to retrieve his coat from his room. Realizing that it was wintertime in Victorian London, the Time Lord shouted after Rose, "And Rose! I forgot but it's winter right now! Might want to dress up for the occasion, eh?"
A knock sounded on the TARDIS's doors. The Doctor looked up from his spot in his "pilot's chair", puzzled. Rose was still changing (it had been five minutes! He had no idea why humans took so long to dress, especially females), so he had no idea who it could be outside of those doors. Not even the Paternoster Gang knew of where this was, after all. Another knock sounded, and the Time Lord was standing up. He hesitantly opened the doors and asked, "Hello?" Looking around, he saw no one, but he said it two more times just as a good measure, "Hello? Hello?" But no one answered. Narrowing his eyes in suspicion, the Time Lord began walking around the TARDIS. He knew someone was there, playing around with him. He circled the TARDIS once, but still found nothing... until he saw something near the staircase.
Upon closer inspection, the Doctor knew it was a shawl from the streets below. The Gallifreyan searched his mind until he remembered the girl that he had been looking for. Clara, he thought silently, as he came into the TARDIS with the item. He then quickly stashed the shawl away under the console room, in his secret compartment.
