Kita & Star (Malik & Cara)

[Startedraining]

Sparkling with enthusiasm, Cara nearly launched herself at Malik, she threw her arms around him in a hug. "I did it!" She exclaimed. She let go of the poor man who had to deal with her hug, but her feet still danced. She was much too excited.

"I don't even know where to begin, what to do, to say? Who do I talk to?"

Malik looked startled at the sudden girl that launched herself onto him and gave a laugh. He tilted his head and smiled widely, "That's amazing, great job. Can't say I am surprised! I do have an amazing eye for natural talent!" He pushed himself up from where he had been sitting, "I would be glad to answer all your questions if I can? We can go grab some lunch and talk?"

Nodding, Cara lifted her wings up to adjust them. She couldn't keep still. "Where would you like to go?" She asked him, her face actually starting to hurt because she was smiling so much.

Malik couldn't help but smile back at her, the brightness of her smile was infectious. "Good question. Do you happen to like sushi? I know a rather good place that we could go if you would be interested?" He offered her his arm with a warm chuckle, "It is not too far from here, we could walk. The day is beautiful and I would love to be seen with a lovely lady like you on my arm"

Cara linked arms with him, "I'm not much for sushi, but I could give it another try." She felt a blush creep onto her face, "Which way should we head?"

"If you would prefer something else we could see about getting something else. What do you like to eat?" he glanced toward her as he lead her through the courtyard toward the road.

"This area is unfamiliar to me, I'd be much more comfortable eating sushi than trying to find something else around here." Cara reasoned, "In any case, you like it."

He gave a nod and started off down the street, "True enough," he chuckled, "perhaps we will be able to find something that you like anyway. They do have vegetarian and other non-fish related dishes there too if you would prefer. Besides that, the meeting went well?"

"Oh aye, the meeting went exceptionally well. The director asked me interview related questions, and a few more personal ones. He got to know me, I suppose. I don't see why he wouldn't want to," Cara reached up and touched her cheek, "I'm rather beautiful, if I do say so myself."

"It was mostly about dates and time and scheduling though. I'm not sure what to do as a model, I've never been a professional before."

"Stand where they want, how they want and look beautiful if you are just doing stills, that certainly won't be hard for you of course," he made his way toward a small building and pulled open the door for her, "If it is life modelling then you walk and look beautiful. There is a little more to it than that but that is the gist of it"
