Description: This large, muscular wolf is powerfully-built. She might not be the fastest, but she is physically very tough. Fantolir has a short coat of fur that is fluffiest around her neck. Her muzzle is broad and blunt, and her ears are small and rounded. They tend to fall slightly forwards at an angle. Fantolir's pelt is a mix of both warm and cool colors, with crisp, white undersides black and stone-grey sable, and a border of warm gold to separate them. A pair of blue-grey eyes peer out from her face. They are expressive, soft, and always filled with a hint of sadness.
Personality: Her first impression is that of a shy, reserved wolf who tends to have a hard time picking up on humor and sarcasm. Fantolir is submissive to most others, lacking the assertiveness to stand up for her own ideas. She rarely speaks unless directly addressed and has a habit of stuttering when she gets nervous. Since she usually takes words for their face value, she is prone to misunderstanding jokes, much to her embarrassment. Fantolir is also a bit sensitive. She cannot handle teasing in the slightest and takes criticisms very hard. It takes a gentle hand to handle her, but a truly wise wolf would be able to see the hidden inner strength stemming from the courageous heart of the timid. When Fantolir faces a cause she truly believes in, she will endure all manner of discomfort in order to see it through.
History: Originally born in a pack of her own, Fantolir grew up as an automatic Omega. Her birthpack teased her relentlessly because her sturdy, muscular build contrasted so comically with her timid nature. Unfortunately, Fantolir only grew more and more self-conscious. After a particularly bad bullying session, she ran off into the woods and decided on a whim that she was not going to return. Instead, Fantolir became a loner.
This former pack wolf soon realized just how difficult it was to hunt on her own, so she decided to look for a new pack that would treat her better. That is when she met Naq and Kreigshund, a sibling pair of wolves that showed remarkable skill at hunting large prey even though they numbered only two. Fantolir felt more comfortable approaching such a small group and Naq was quickly able to see Fantolir's hidden potential. She had been considering starting a true pack for awhile, and Fantolir was the first to join them. Of course, Kreigshund was ecstatic to hear that he would be living in close quarters with an attractive young packmate, so he had no complaints. Thus, Fantolir became the Omega of the tiny Sawtooth Pack.

Inspiration: I created a wolf character based loosely off a photograph I liked, and enjoyed the design enough to want to develop a character out of it. Thus, Fantolir was born!
