That's very nice! I like the eye, very detailed! ^^ what's the OC for?

I have a few suggestions: One, I suggest dropping the idea of using the magic wand to first outline the color and then coloring it in, simply because you're doing the same thing both times. I tried doing that before and while it does make you feel "safer", in a sense, it's still detrimental to the speed that you can draw. Another thing is the shadow; I suggest using references sometimes, or keeping a reference point for your source of light. Shadows are relative to a source/sources of lit and your shading sometimes doesn't follow that so I'm not really sure where the light source is. Sometimes just drawing a small arrow from the direction you want light to come in helps. And of course, the blur tool should slowly be weaned off. cx

I can see you improving! Keep up the good work! ^^b

I refuse to submit to
the ridiculousness that is
Burying your gays,
For the community in media
should be a reflection of our lives
not lead to the stomach,
not death by disease
not a standard so often given
that it assumes a stereotyped name.

I refuse to bow to my apparent fate,
of death simply waiting for love,
of that love unrequited;
I will never quit,
and I weep for those
that felt like they had to.
I weep for those butchered
by a pixelated pen.

Personally i quite like the animation, its cute. As for crits for the other pieces of art (although i'm still only learning myself so you might find better ways to do things) maybe try using a smaller brush for the lineart i find it gives you a bit more control (not sure if you use a mouse or tablet but this is from experience drawing with a mouse) and use the paintbrush tool rather than the pencil tool for smoother lines.

As for shading instead of using the watercolour or blur tools try using the smudge tool (again i'm not familiar with any program outside of gimp so you might have a better tool for it than that) to try and blend the shading into the base colour. Alot of people don't seem to like doing it that way but thats what works for me. Although that only really works if the light/dark shading is close to the base colour in the first place
