As for what it says, I guess "Favorite Pet" since it definitely is my favorite ^u^ (I'm glad to see you use that emoticon as well XD)

Is the rule against using custom stamps because the person who wanted them might not want others using them, or because you don't want others using the custom ones you make? If it's the first, I wouldn't mind at all if other people use this.

The rule regarding custom stamps is for the sake of the person who requested the stamp. I'll place a note beside this one to let others know that it can be used by whoever would like to use it.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to answer the first question. Requests don't typically cost, but if you feel like paying anything I don't turn down tips. ^v^
