Yes, they would be XD As each one is totes different, I've done a few of them for customs, but they'd be custom ^^

Hmm.. I didn't think about that really. That is an interesting thought though! I don't have any specific ideas on what should glow, but if you think of something that will tie in well with the picture as a whole go for it ^^!
