Hmm. I guessed miffed might be me now.
I have a friend for awhile now. And he is not so crazy about how much I spend time online on many forums/boards (+ YouTube) discussing hobbies like virtual pets, video games, and random facts.
He is nice and all, but I just hope he can get some of my hints not to mock my favorite pastime.
Not counting my brother, 2 other RL friends in this site and another RL friend who frequented in a different site and Reddit. My other friends who use the big social networks more often don't think it's weird. (I guess he is one of the oldest of my friends and doesn't get it anyway)

I feel you. For me, there's just a presence of nervous energy that's not really manifesting in any way, but it's still acting as a slight block between myself and the things that I want to do.

i'm so terrified.

i've been writing for this online website for a while. did great -- constantly got positive feedback.

ever since summer break ended & i've gone back into the cycle, i've gotten negative feedback. my editor personally contacted me today, bc my article was "weak" and problematic & it sounds like i'm going to be let go if this keeps on happening.

she gave me one chance to redeem myself -- she told me to make edits on the bad article, & i'm terrified. i don't know what about my writing has changed, only that i really want to keep this position.

tomorrow, i'll have to write an amazing article. & pray. i really hope i can do it.
