The most she has altered is basic combat skills (e.g. Speed, power, reaction time, ect.), manifestation of wings, and a regeneration boost. She isn't an actual Archangel so even with all the upgrades she can still be defeated, just tricky to do so. Oh, and her nails can grow into claws... She asked for that herself.
