Breeding pets?

I'm new here, so I'm still learning a bit here and there. I was wondering if breeding pets was available here? If so then how do you do it? I recently adopted two adults and I'm wondering if they can breed or not. (their same species) i haven't recently found anything on it.

All pets reach adult forms except pygmies, but they cannot be bred by anyone else except an artist or guest artist. The pets cannot be from the same litter and must be from the same species.
