You can post it in the site guides and tutorials forum if you'd like! If you want to work on it in the creative forums first and have it moved that's fine too!~

    Yeah, I went to post it on the "site guides and tutorials" but I seem no able to post there as the "new topic" button isn't there. And I want everyone to be able to post on the thread when it's made, so is there anywhere else?

    That section is locked to our users to avoid too many user-made threads being posted there and left uncompleted.

    I know some are still sitting unfinished from a few of our mods, however, if you create a thread like this and fully complete it then I'd be happy to approve and move it there if it is helpful and clear in its information overall to the site. c:
