Suggestion: Adding Trade Rules?

I'm wondering if it's possible to add a trade rule feature to the trading page. Ya know, so you can let everyone know what kind of stuff you want, and what pets are for overpay only, and what your dreamies are. I do have everything written out in my trade topic, but I don't really think anyone reads that kind of stuff.
