I can only find information on this that pertains to currency trades: http://www.pocketpumapets.com/faq.php#6c So that's been added. I'm unclear if they allow offsite trades for pets as I cannot see their forum.

As for Pokemon, I am currently talking with Nintendo to see if it is okay to trade for non-valuable virtual things with a loophole (Or without a loophole..lol.) So far, there is not an exact yes or no from them yet, as they have to search the legality of it and other such things.. I am recording and/or screen shot-ing everything in case I need to provide proof, including all phone calls. My phone call from today said that they would email me the final answer. I have the phone conversation recorded. I will also contact Pokemon with the same information if I have to. I just emailed them as well. Waiting for a response now. c:

I am also reading the EULA, and it does not state anywhere that trading actual pokemon is not alright. You can read it yourselves here: http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/info/en_na/docs.jsp Just click on Nintendo 3DS / 3DS XL and then the EULA. Also there's this note here by a person who sells pokemon for actual $ who makes some good points. :3 http://www.pokeservice.com/pages/sellin ... gal-issues

So I don't know where This Post is getting that information, since it's not in the EULA.

If it is a yes, it is all right, then would that be enough to remove Pokemon from the list?

This information is actually from CS and Aywas; aywas banned it first, and CS followed suit. A CS mod actually contacted the pokemon co, which said that this isn't allowed, and provided a screenshot:

This is ultimately why it was placed on the not permitted list here.

If you can provide proof via screenshots (basically, a text answer) that shows pokemon co saying differently, then yes, it can switch lists.

I hope this doesn't count as necro'ing, but I was wondering if trading for steam gifts or League of Legend gifts would be allowed? Obviously not asking for the gift cards for those, but if it's a direct gift/product instead, would that be alright? o:
