How do you sort your Eldemore pets?

I have my ungrouped which are my beloved children, then by species, a growing group, a group that I need to sorts through, trades groups(rare+, events, bazaar, and normal) and then hoards, all of them have a special symbol to keep them grouped together and not to be messy

i do everything by year, then species! hoards are with the year that i started them in, although lately i've gotten lazy and put them at the End without a letter marker. birthday pets are tossed in with their species groups xp but i do have special sections for pets that are characters/have stories! then, special hoards are at the very top.

I put the groups into categories using letters:

"a." are my main groups, further sorted by species
"b." are my trade groups, sorted by rare/non-rare
"c." are my favorites groups, also sorted by species
"d." is my bazaar pet group
"e." are my hoard groups, sorted by category

I also have a couple pets in the unsorted group, just because I like to have something to look at when I first open my homestead :3

I sort by species.
Except trades, all species together there, those are sorted by rarity. (and my massive hoard, none sorted in my hoard, it's just what I like. xD)

First, I group everything by year and assign them a letter (2013 is A, 2014 is B, 2015 is C, so on so forth) and then I sort them by species. I'm too lazy to differentiate event and monthly pets, so they're all thrown together.

Trade groups are sorted by rarity and only rarity and follow the format of "Xx.Trades - Rarity Here.xX"

Hoards and groups of favorites are given a number and sit at the beginning of all my groups.

I'm trying to sort them all by the name given by the artist, how many outcomes they had and how many I have and the year.
I may spend the year off completing that and stay on top of it when new releases happen.
I got side tracted from all the soarting awhile ago
