well this is a shame, i remember when we thought this update would be finished in 2018
a shame, eldemore was like another pet site just with a nicer community.

lets be honest, did anyone really want an update like this in the first place? Like... from the looks of it the 'new site' just has its own custom css... and well... what he have works perfectly fine?

The update wasn't so much for us as it was for Zayin. The inner workings of the site made it incredibly difficult to host events of the scale they had grown to, and monthly releases were more work than they should have been. The update was meant to fix those problems and improve other website functions to make it easier to manage in the long run.

Unfortunately, the long run we got instead was a hiatus.

All we can really do is wait and see. Maybe in time when their lives are less hectic it might come back.

Just posting here to keep things going. I still think of this site from time to time.

I mainly post on the “Eld is taking a break” thread, but it’s nice to post here, too.
