Do all of the staff put out birthday pets for their day/month? I was hoping to find today's, but none thus far.

It is up to the staff member if they wish to give out their pet as an adoptable to the entire site or not

Staff also sometimes come and go and I don't believe this list has been updated for a while. The staff member whose birthday would have been today is no longer on our team.

Why is there an 'X' by some of the staff members birthdays? Do they not know their own birthday? I am confused...

Myself and Cats are new staff members, and some have just chosen not to share that Info at this time!^^
My Birthday is February 17th - I'm an Aquarius on the cusp of Pisces, nice to meet you!^^
