It isn't anywhere, not yet. To unlock your avatar you have to correctly answer a question in this forum game because you forgot that you're supposed to answer with something ridiculous. Then you have to pull a cat out of the clouds and it will give you your avatar.
If you pet a cat that isn't yours, it will teleport you to Numair's realm. Someone who is decidedly not Numair will then produce 16 cats (that are not yours) that will pet you.

Baubles are used as a free pass. If you break a rule, you can use baubles to bribe moderators so that they don't punish you. This only works because moderators are specifically selected for their obsession with shiny things. Baubles are otherwise useless. Please don't break rules, guys. DX
Oh, wee one, forum games are as ageless as the concept of a forum. If I recall, that means the Ancient Greeks had them. To host a forum game, you must dig through the spookiest linen closet that you know of. Your forum game will be sitting in a small shoebox towards the back. Step one: Get a sharpie. Black works well for these purposes. Step two: Post a post on the forum. Something simple like "Hello" will do. Step three: Take the cap off the marker. Step four: Write your name on the screen at the end of your post. Step five: Step back and admire your handiwork. Step six: Repeat this process each time you make a post. Note: If your screen turns black to the point where you can't see because of all the signatures you made, you can take your computer to the sink and wash it off. Be sure to use plenty of soap! Warning: You may have to buy yourself a new computer.
