((As I understand it... Kishan got the medicine for Raena... but his instincts won't allow him to help her because of the blood. And Dante doesn't know how. So he asked Azazael to do it. Almalthea just asked Kishan a question, and the girls went into the cave to help Raena.
Also, don't worry about it. I understand things get confusing after a while. I would've explained earlier though you know if you needed.
