Oh hello there! Welcome to the Berk Dragon Academy!


Here at the Academy you can help train your dragon and prepare for competitions. We offer classes for new riders and classes for advanced riders too (classes are not required). We have training courses for your dragons and also sometimes host competitions.

Sorry for so many >.<

1. You can have no more than 2 dragons per character
2. Please be kind and try not to argue
3. Do not put 'Will rp out' or 'Will roleplay out' for your character's personality
4. Only dragon breeds that are listed are allowed (all are from How To Train Your Dragon)
5. Please write at least 2 sentences for each post. One is okay every once in a while but really it's not hard to write 2 sentences
6. Please try to include everyone
7. Read the rules before joining. Put 'potato head' in the 'other' section of your form if you've read this
8. You must make a rider and a dragon to roleplay with. However the rider and dragon do not have to be owned by the same user
9. Be realistic, no powerplaying
10. Please pay attention to the dragon breed's color. Some breeds only have one color (ie. Timberjacks can only be brown) while others can be multiple colors. If you need help determining if your dragon can only be one color you can contact me or a mod
11. Please try to keep genders of riders and dragons even.
12. Please do not have a bunch of one dragon breed but none for another breed. Basically don't over poplulate a breed
13. When talking in OOC use brackets please - [] {} ()
14. Use correct grammar

Having a hatchling counts as one of your dragons and you are allowed to have only a hatchling. If you have a hatchling you must have your rider interact with them every once in a while.

Rhia has so many sides to her, it would take months for you to see them all. However there are a few sides that are more common than most.

Rhiannon is competitive, she could turn brushing her teeth into a challenge with someone. She loves to win but she can except defeat graciously. While she loves to compete, she knows she can't win every one, its impossible. She loves challenging herself with something especially if she gets beaten by someone. Another side to her is her maturity, something that was born to her raised by her adoptive mother basically by herself while her adoptive father was continuously M.I.A. She would use to help her mother with a lot of things such as helping with the farm chores and such and other things when she was a preteen. With the crash course into the adult world, she became more mature than most of her classmates and that has transferred over to her adulthood. Hating to stay in one place for a long time shows you another side to Rhia. She is very adventurous and daring. She wants to go somewhere new..someplace that would take her to a new world, one that didn't exist before. She isn't perfect and her temper can tell you that. Her biggest flaw is her temper. When she sees something that irks her like someone cheating or acting like the world is out to get them. She can be embarrassed by her temper but it gives her personality. However, due to this, she can jump to conclusions which can become accusations without all the facts. With that said, she is also very intelligent and make observations other's wouldn't notice. She makes small observations for her friends to keep them happy like their favorite drink or food. When their birthday is coming up or if they are upset about something. She is a survivor. Being part of a viking heritage, how could she not be? There are many more sides, will you be able to see them from this firework?

History:
Rhiannon is a girl shrouded in mystery. No one really knows how she came to Berk when she was younger. She just appeared on the rocks near the docks. Her body covered in wounds and bruises. She was taken to Gothi and when she was healed...well mostly healed for no one knew her name, not even Rhiannon herself. Rhia was taken in my a younger viking couple who wanted children but had no idea if they would be right for having children. Rhia was renamed by them. She grew up on Berk, always looking for more. She was probably only one to follow hiccup on his adventures even if that did get her in trouble.
