The wild winds blew flurries of snow through the sky, the large expanse of
land ahead being buried by snow. Your whiskers shivered in the cold, and
despite your thick coat of fur, you were chilled to the bone. Each step seemed to
get harder and harder as you trekked on through the blizzard, and a yowl echoed
through the barren territory as a paw slipped, and you soon found yourself face-first
in a mound of snow. Blinking your eyes, you glanced up to see dark figures in the distance,
bounding towards you with little to no effort, despite the storm. Too tired to care,
you let sleep waft over, and you shut your heavy eyelids, hearing the muffled speech
of cats meowing urgently to one another. "Loner.... collapsed.. bring...camp?"

Tundraclan is a group of wild cats. They once lived out on the open tundra,
yet have moved to the safety of a nearby Pine forest, as prey was scarce on the open
lands, and the cats were unprotected, having to survive through harsh storms and large,
deadly predators with nowhere to hide. Their origin is unknown, but some suspect they
are descendants of Windclan or Skyclan. The cats often have long coats to protect them
from the cold weather, and are swift runners and agile climbers. They worship and believe
in Starclan, and believe that their ancestors appear to them and send them messages or
omens through the 'Dancing Lights' [Northern Lights].

Tundraclan lives in a forest, just at the borders of a large expanse of tundra landscape.
Their camp is well hidden, and is in the deepest part of the pine forest. The entrance to
camp is marked by two tall trees with long scratch marks all across it's trunk, and small
shrubs surround the Clan's camp. In the center of camp, is a pine tree with a hole
underneath it's trunk, which leads to Lynxstar's den. Lynxstar climbs up onto one of
the branches of the tree, and calls for Clan meetings from it. The Medicine cat's den
is a cave underneath a gathering of rocks, and inside the cave are small cracks
between the rocks, in which the Med cat stores their herbs. A underground
cave is the warrior's den, and just next to it is the nursery, which looks almost the same:
except the walls have grass growing through and the floor is covered in moss and feathers.
A tunnel linked to the Warrior's den eventually leads to the apprentice's den, a underground
cave underneath the roots of a tree. Cats make sure the tunnels that lead into each of the
dens are wide enough for a cat to pass through, but not big enough for larger predators to enter.
Everyday, two cats from the Clan are set as guards, and sit up on the branches of the trees that
mark the entrance to Tundraclan's camp. They watch out for wolves, bears, and other cats, and
raise the alarm. The cats all take turns to guard the camp.
With the constant threat of larger, dangerous predators, warriors train their apprentices in a large
dip in the ground, just a few foxtail lengths away from camp.
Tundraclan marks their borders by scratching the trunks of trees.
The Medicine Cat receives messages from Starclan every time the Dancing Lights appear, and
every half-moon [two weeks] they sit on the roof of their den and speak to Starclan at midnight.
