The Story of Milo and Talon
Cresta is bonded to two different Rune Drakes. The official names of these drakes are the Phoenix Drake and Windigo Drake. However, Cresta prefers the names Milo for her Phoenix and Talon for her Windigo. Milo was given to Cresta from the Stone of Random in the land of Eldemore. Unaware of the eggs worth, she nearly traded it away, but fortunately she didn't. The name Milo came her to out of boredom, and decided to keep it because she liked it's simplicity. When Milo hatched, he was instantly treasured and Cresta raised him, thus creating the bond that nothing can break between this magical creature and herself. Later on in life, a Wendigo drake made it's existence known to Cresta, and Cresta immediately knew that she must befriend this creature, and after tons of chasing and attempts, the Wendigo finally allowed Cresta to get near him. Fortunately, the Wendigo knew that Cresta wasn't trying to control him, but saw him as an equal. The friendship soon became a close one when Cresta began questioning if the Windigo had a name, thus offering the name Talon to the creature which he accepted with gratitude. From there, Talon was introduced to Milo. The two seemed to enjoy eachothers company so Cresta climbed upon Milos back and took to the skies with Talon close by. The three created a bond with eachother than can not be easily broken. And although Talon was not raised by Cresta, he does love her very much. Cresta understands that Talon will never be truly hers as if he wishes to leave, he is free to do so and Cresa will not stop him.
