The Palace - Eldemore Fanfiction- Ideas Phase

Hello there! ^^

I've suddenly gotten an urge to write fanfiction again, especially about eldemore. c: Here's a loose plot:

The Elkrin Riders were a sohpisticated and famous -perhaps infamous- folk; warriors that were as elegant as they were efficient, the mere sight of intricate ebony armour was enough to send many a foe running before blood was even shed. Some called them reincarnations of Elkrin, born to bond with the elegant deer-like species. Some called them angels, immortal and radiant. And yet some more called them paladins, warriors who were manifestations of light, courage, and goodwill, ones who would vanquish darkness with a swing of a dazzling, snowy-white blade.

But that is not all they are called.

These are rumours, of course. But whispers in the dark corners of taverns, mutterings around a flickering campfire, tell of a group of Riders that are quite different from the rest. Despite their appearances, these people were bloodthirsty maniacs, chilling in their lack of emotion yet abundance of organization. They are the ones who work as mercenaries, as assassins, as every other unfavourable job under the moon, only ever labeled as part of the Rider race through their height and faint elegant air, though the elegance seems to have wilted. And the whispers are even louder now, talking about one of these malignant Riders who is much more powerful and much more different than the rest. One who seems to be able to suck the magic out of bearers as easily as flicking a finger.

The Riders do not talk about them, of course. Who ever pays attention to rumours?

Explanation:
The Riders are being challenged in their rule by their own kin, though it doesn't seem like they share much blood at all. Stuff will happen. I can't give any more away without spoiling things. cx

Of course, I helped Cj with her fanfiction, and although it wasn't much help it did start the ball rolling. ( and kept it rolling because she asked me to.) I've participated in NaNoWriMo and collaborated with a self-publishing author.

Pavo Verdeca
Character Personality:
This guy is kind of rude and smug. He's thrill seeking and cares little about other people who he doesn't know extremely well. He's poly-amorous and gives no cares about those who disagree with him.
Character Appearance: Pavo is a green pea-fowl Avian, which is PROBABLY where his name came from. probably. His hair is a vivid green, and has undertones of blue and yellow feathers. His skin is a dark tan, and his wings are the color of his hair, as well as an under-feather color of bright orange. He wears a dull brown flight suit that has his name stitched onto the left side of his chest, and the suit itself has a detachable strap-bag that he will leave in secure places while he sky dives.
Character History:
What is there to tell? He left the society he was born into to seek adventure and thrill. He didn't want to stay at home and bond to some random griffin, he had better ideas. So far, he has traveled the far expanses between the Oriental Isles and Silverport, with many more adventures to come.

Are you well versed in Lore?: Yes! Well, I like to think so. But if there's something I don't know and can't get from the admins/mods, well. That's what headcannons are for.
What about Writing Formalities?: I've taken Creative Writing and Editing classes in school, and participated in NaNoWriMo in 2014 and have written/are currently writing fanfiction for Eldemore, which I can link here if you'd like~ I do editing for quite a few of my friends as far as actual experience goes, and I've read every genre out there and know grammar corrections like the back of my hand. I've worked really hard on my writing ability, as I hope to one day make a career out of it~

Are you well versed in Lore?: I would say so. I've read everything up to what was updated most recently and have been with the site since the beginning. And of course there's the lore page which one can always reread.
What about Writing Formalities?: I'm known as the motivator among my close friends and have helped out with a handful of other stories (not too many I'm not gonna lie), but I'd love to have the opportunity to learn and work some more. I also participated in the most recent NaNoWri Month and am currently doing a lot of writing.

Character Name: Noel Marie Elyse Illis
Character Personality: Naïve and often blind to the world and suffering, she often chooses to ignore the bad and focus on the good (after all it’s easier that way). Noel is talkative and friendly, she can be way too open about her self and is very easy to read. However she’s strong minded and often suborn and fearless, she has no problems going up against something or someone that’s more than twice her size and knows when and how to put her foot down. She’s often beaming with confidence, and can be just a bit flirty, tackles things striate on, and never beats around the bush
Character Appearance: A girl of average height and build. Upon first glance many would say that she looks like a doll with very fair skin, that seems to lack and an all blemishes. Of course she's not nearly as perfect as many consider her to be. Her skin is often marked with freckles in the sun and getting sun burned is not uncommon for the girl. Her long hair is a mixture of red and brown and is often put up in a messy bun.
Character History: Born in a rich family and raised in Alabaster Noel has had a good and easy life. Even at a young age the girl would often leave the house and wander around the city. As a teenager Noel found a drake egg and it hatched for her. Besides that, nothing very exciting has happened to her.
Extra Information: Noel is bonded with a pygmy glacier drake .
