I need to go to town to take care of, like, two errands. I need to do so sometime before five. Not anything too difficult, right?

Unfortunately, my anxiety is repeatedly shouting "No!!" and stomping around. I'd much prefer to play Spore for a while, but if I do then time would almost certainly get away from me and I wouldn't be able to do the errands after.

so i made this deal w/ my dad that if i exercised everyday during summer that he'd let me go to an upcoming Marianas Trench concert in Ontario.
I haven't even started yet and knowing me I won't and then be mad when he says no -
