Alright so yesterday I woke up at 3 am because I couldn't sleep, (It wasn't because of my insomnia this time, it's getting better, but it was because I was throwing up the day prior because of my severe period pain. Back story is that i only have one fallopian tube and one egg sac. It's a long story but they were removed, so I have more severe period pain.) So I woke up at 3 am, stayed up watching Netflix until 7, went downstairs, went back to my room with food, almost fell asleep at 12 but then my mom woke me up thinking I wasn't awake yet, then I didn't sleep until 12 am. That's about 22 total hours I was awake. I have no idea how I did it but i'm regretting it because I screwed up my sleeping schedule for the 7th time this summer.
