I participated in NaNoWriMo a few years ago, two years in a row. I was successful both years, don't actually recall how many words I wrote each year, though. And I technically just used the 2nd year to continue the story I started the first year. I've got some chapters from the first year on dA, same name if you want to find it. Pretty sure I have the ones from NaNoWriMo labeled as such. It's not great but I was pleased that I was able to do it. ^-^ Unfortunately, I had a falling out with the group around here who participates in it and I have a mental block when it comes to writing now, I just can't get myself to do it. So, I won't be participating this year. But it is definitely a rewarding experience to try at least once. :3

I always do NaNoWroMo, but never once have i signed up on the site. lol. This year i was thinking of giving my old "futuristic" story a spin, or maybe right up some stuff about my runes. dunno i'm hoping to post it here on eld ^^
