I've used phpBB style forums before, so I'm having no trouble there, but I'm a little confused by the pet collecting. I've adopted all the available ones, and now I'm not sure what to do with them.

The pets that you've adopted will grow over the course of a month. You can trade them for others if you feel inclined, or you can keep them for yourself and watch them grow! You can see past releases in our Codex, where you can also build a wishlist by going to Codex > Wishlist > "Autofill Wishlist" or by manually selecting your favorite creatures.
