No, the admins are not related to CS. This is a complete standalone site.
However, the code is written in php, what gives Eldemore a similar look like CS has. ^^

Mira is correct, and to add to this, Eldemore and CS (as well as many other websites) are both built using phpBB, which is a customizable forum software available to anyone. ^-^
