Well...uh.. It was really strange.
1) Cecil was at Carlos' lab and...I gues They were married or something... And they were like..walking to this house, cause, after all, cars don't exist.
2) when they got there, Cecil said " Carlos, I'm going to have a kid." And Carlos was like-" what? That's not even possible!" And Cecil got really offended and said-" well carlos, I don't know we're you come from, but around here in nightvale, men have the right to give birth too." And Carlos got REALY confused.....

And then I woke up. And I'm still confused about it.

He is an intrusive voice and not Cecil or one of Cecil's approved persons. Also he seems like he's lying and hiding stuff, as opposed to Nightvale's usual code of "This weird thing is going on but that's totally normal."
