Yep, I love Japanese music whether it's from an anime or from a different group. I spent a lot of time obsessed with Kat-tun, but it became very expensive very quickly to buy 3 $15 (each) singles (plus another $15 in shipping) every couple of months. Each single only had 3 songs, and there was a different single that included the same song plus a different one, and then another one that included the making of the music video. I had to buy all three things if I wanted the complete set. XD

A lot of the group has broken up now, but I still enjoy listening to their songs on occasion.

I like some girl groups such as morning musume. Do you know them? Or hello project?

The name doesn't ring a bell right off the bat. What songs of theirs do you like?

Um.... Love machine(except for the nippon part) Toki wo koe sora wo koe.
It is a 17 year old group..

Or maybe AKB48?

Yeah I love J-pop, currently especially Japanese jazzy hip-hop.
As our family all knows Japanese (except me xc) I've listened many J-pop.
Of course I know KAT-TUN, morning musume and hello project.
I'm pretty sure that nobody have heard about my favorite jazzy hip-hop artists as they are so unfamous. Xb
So except for jazzy hip-hop artist, my favorite J-pop artists are Do as Infinity, Rurutia, Janne Da Arc, SMAP, Arashi, etc. So many but I wrote some artist I can think right now.
They are all old group as I've listened when I was young. (Oh my age....)

I'm somewhat familiar with Do as Infinity and I've heard of Arashi. Do as Infinity did a couple of songs that were featured in the anime Inuyasha so I know those. ^^
