Chibi Kingdom is an avatar site. If you look at my signature below you can see what they look like. They are so cute. They remind me of the ones from Tinierme. I feel like this site has a lot of potential and I wanted to share. I've been looking for something similar to Tinierme for a long time and I think this might be it. I don't know much about it or how development has been going, but I see they just put the dress up system into place. Before you could only play the gachas and gather items for your avatar.
