Deep Sea Perpetuas - 009 is finally up

So anyways, I think I'll call them Deep Sea Perpetuas. They're a theoretically immortal species of mammal. They are covered in thick skin and sport a bio-luminescent light on their heads like anglerfish. I don't have all the details figured out yet, but basically I will be drawing each one on the lines shown above as a reference sheet and again on custom lines. The custom lines will be small enough to fit in your signature, and will have shading and all of that cool stuff. If you hang on for a day or so, I'll have examples up. Hopefully I'll be able to actually make these full-fledged adoptables or something like that and not end up ditching them like I did with some other stuff. I don't think I will; I really like these guys.


Here's an example of the little custom lines I was talking about. ^^

-Mammalian
-Thick, rubbery skin

-Higher class lives in the ocean Hadalpelagic Zone, around 7000 meters deep
-Lower class lives in the ocean Abyssopelagic Zone, around 6000 meters deep
-Higher class has back fin and brighter light
-Lower class does not have back fin and dimmer light
-Higher class is stronger and larger
-Lower class is weaker and faster
-Fluffy gills for breathing along with nostrils that seal shut
-Diet consists of plankton and large fish

Class: Hadal
Type: Kelp
Kelp varieties frequent both zones, displaying both the
light colors of Abyssal types and the build of Hadal types.
These species are known for their almost exclusively
herbivorous diets and pale, alien-like eyes.
Persona: Calm, serious, rational, solemn

Gender: Male
Class: Hadal
Type: Imperial
Imperials are very high in rank and very rare. They
will only have warm colors and often have intricate
designs. They are very noble and elusive to behold.
Persona: Cocky, elitist, proud, contemptuous

DSP 003 - Juliet
Gender: Female
Class: Hadal
Type: Viridian
Viridians are almost exclusively a blue-green
color. They are rather common for Hadals and
can be recognized by their intricate swirls.
Persona: Serene, graceful, kind
Adoption: Base price is 2 Eldemore pets or 5 Baubles.

DSP 004 - Sparkler
Gender: Female
Class: Abyssal
Type: Tidepool
Tidepools are named for the fact that one of the first of
their type to be documented was discovered washed up in
a tidepool, most unusually for such creatures. Tidepools
tend to swim much, much nearer the surface than most
Perpetuas during the cooler months (December through
February in the Northern Hemisphere, June through
August in the Southern). This is so they can soak up as
much sunlight while it is available. They make trips to as
high as only ten yards below the water for between thirty
minutes and two hours before returning to the more
comfortable depths.

Persona: Vocal, curious, and energetic. She has odd sleeping patters, sometimes staying up for multiple days before taking an all-day power nap.

Gender: Female
Class: Hadal
Type: Abyss
Abyss Perpetuas actually belong to the Hadal class.
They reside in nearly pitch-black caves deep in the
ocean and sleep on ledges. It's so dark, nearly all
Abysses have extra glowing markings on their bodies.
Persona: Mysterious, profound, meaningful
Adoption: At least 2 Eldemore pets or 5 Baubles

Gender: Male
Class: Abyssal
Type: Rogue
Rogues, while not the most beautiful of DSPs, play a
crucial role in society. They are the guardians; the
fighters, and the protectors of the population.
Persona: Mentally and physically strong, patient
Adoption: Free adoption!
Use the form above, but delete "payment" and make
up the rest of the form. Looking for a good personality.

Gender: Female
Class: Abyssal
Type: Palette
Palettes are usually a dull grey color except for
a few vibrant patterns that shimmer and appear
to change color in the light. They love pretty
objects.
Persona: Enthusiastic, fierce, loving

Base price of 5 baubles or 2 Eldemore pets

Gender: Female
Class: Abyssal
Type: Jadeite
Jadeites, named for their 'jade vein' patterns, are
usually collectors.They are uncannily adept at locating
precious items such as jewels and useful minerals.
Persona: Obsessive, passionate, adventurous
Adoption: Base price is 2 Eldemore pets or 5 Baubles.
