Sure, you can modify the pic's size all you want, it is your picture, you can do whatever you want. Just do not claim the lines as your own, or modify them.

Story of like a blue and light blue ombré all over its body, it's wings the same except could led it have dark blue feathers? Could it have a gold necklace with a diamond on the end? Also, what ever you think would look best with it too would be good.
