Seeking Human(oid) Art

I'm seeking artwork of two characters of mine + some couple pieces for the one with his otp. I'm looking for good quality + reasonable price + flexibility. I don't mind being flexible on payments either, I'm willing to give quite a bit because I'm pretty desperate (I can pay with eld, cs, and FR). I'll include pictures of the one character I have pictures of, but the other all I'll be able to give is a written description. If you don't mind/if you prefer I will also be willing to do a joinme to chat/help.

They're both what's more commonly known as 'nekos', although the one has wings.
Eli is the first, with black hair, black ears, black, doglike tail, and black wings. He has mismatched eyes, and his definition is cute. He's also a cross dresser. He is the one in which I would also be seeking some couple art, his boyfriend is a vampire boy, and the piece I have in mind involved a background and fireflies. (Willing to pay greatly for that one)

The next character is a Persian longhair cat, and his skin follows the same pattern that the fur he has does, light at the base and dark at the tips, so his midsection is pale and extremities dark. Green eyes, very feminine. Would like a piece of him in normal everyday clothes, looking more masculine, with another of him in his work (stripper) clothes, with makeup and looking very feminine.

I can pay in treasure on FR, dragon reserves, rares on eld, rares/vr/store pets on cs. I can also try and get my hands on some baubles
I'd also like if you'd post examples before I commission you c: I would also be open to traditional art if I like it ^^
