Wanting art of New charter-re-used thread

So i have this idea for a wings of fire charter, Hes is a rain wing so there colours can change a lot but the thing is iam not that good at drawing dragons with refs, so i was hoping i could pay someone with my for trade pets to draw him.
Hes a rainwing called Jaguar,so i was hoping his ref could have him coloured like his Namesake
