I have a question! When you say pygmy runes, will the custom baby runes transferred over be considered pygmy runes as well?

Yes, all permanent babies are called 'Pygmy' in Eldemore.

I was online on CS when this first opened, but sadly my laptop got a tad glitchy and I had to log off for a while.
Anyways, all better now, and I am excited that I am one of the first members of this site.

EDIT: I do have a question actually, does it matter if we make avatar rune dragons. As in draw our rune dragons 100x100 pixels?

For the RP section you are welcome to do any roleplay you so wish.
If that section gets big enough then I will opt to place sections for RP's for animals, eldemore RP's, and so on.

Yes, we do plan on having something similar to that.

For right now we don't want anyone creating adoptables. Rules and other issues need to be addressed before members can begin those.
