Welcome to Eldemore's Yuletide event! This year we all hope you enjoy the Sealer's final time with the characters they've come to know and befriend after such a long journey. Though it may be their last for quite some time, at least both the Sealer and you can partake in a heartwarming Yuletide with your bird family once more before it's time to say goodbye and move on to a new chapter and character of this story. Till then, be sure to enjoy the Wicked Serval pirate ship and all it has to offer!

Grifforik has made some jaw dropping scenery art again for this event out on the ocean, so be sure to admire and enjoy all the lovely scenery eye candy that she has bestowed upon us for Yuletide! She put her heart and soul into this one so be sure to thank her for such an amazing gift! Our Eldemore "ship" would be lost at sea without her lol

-ELDEMORE'S OFFICIAL LORE/INFO THREAD-
Our events mainly revolve around the lore of our site, so if you're curious about the races, creatures and locations then be sure to do your homework HERE & HERE.

Thread Rules:
-Please do not spam the thread and always try your best to remain on topic.

-Be kind and courteous to all! Everyone has a right to their opinions, but there is a big difference between an honest opinion and just being plain rude. Artists are people too, and we have a zero tolerance policy for any sort of harsh critique or bashing of someone's work simply because you do not appreciate the design. This goes for the event scenes, writing and art as well.

-Please report to an admin or mod if any arguments start! Do not try to stop it yourself, our staff works hard to make sure we nip these things in the bud real quick.

-Please do not request trades or resort to begging for event pets on this thread. All trade talk can be discussed through PM's/ Specified Threads/ or the Yuletide Event Trading Post.

Event End Date:
After December 31st the event story will officially end. However, you will still be able to collect tokens, turn them in, and read the last bit of dialogue to wrap things up until January 3rd at 11:59 PM EST, or until you reach your limit. Our Yuletide event will end and be completely done with by January 3rd at 11:59 PM EST so be sure to turn in your tokens then since they will no longer be usable for the event thereafter!

How to Play:
To begin, click on the "Explore" tab at the top in the red bar. This will immediately start a cutscene to begin the event.

The event tokens can be found by clicking on Azara's blue tail near the mast. You will be able to claim a token or special pet once every 15 minutes. Each day you will find a new creature available in exchange for tokens, as well as some new dialog interactions between NPC's and yourself.

So be sure to read and enjoy all they have to say about both you and the land around you in this interactive RPG experience!

Event Tokens:
Again, you are able to trade tokens with other members for this event. It works the same way as trading pets, except this time you will see a token icon next to the bauble image in your trade section. Clicking this will bring down a scroll menu that shows how many tokens you have and how many you wish to trade. Use this feature to trade tokens as you see fit~

I'M SO EXCITED FOR THIS EVENT. the ship is so pretty, and I especially love the lights on the railings! The luminescent effect is so nice. also the globes remind me of the candles that Glass Smith otterlings have.

also, anyone try to go to another location yet? I do kinda miss the old map system, but I gotta give it to the messages that come up instead.

I'm crying with happiness for this event. It's so glitchin' gorgeous, and all the characters are wonderful, and I simply adore them all. This is all I wanted from an event - the birdfamily all together and all playing off of each other in such funny, clever, and poignant ways. When Sorren gave Rue that smile I near about melted, the warm fuzzies were so intense.

And the ship! We're finally on the ship! (Not that we weren't all already on board the birdfamily ship, right? *ahem*) Glitch almighty, wish I could see the full length of her in all her glory. And check out Willy's quarters! So gorgeous! If my pockets were big enough I'd smuggle that desk away for myself, and the rug as well. (Is that a 'Kiss the Cook' Apron in the background? ^^ I love it!) And the little W <3 Sorren on the mast is precious! ^^ I'm sure there's a sweet little story in that somewhere. Too much details to drink it! It's gorgeous!

And I'm super curious about this 'Brizo'. Anything to do with the Greek Goddess, I wonder?

So much thanks have to go to Bena, for the amazing writing, and Zayin for the epic coding, and Grifforik for this jaw-dropping artwork, and all the pet designs and support and help from all the other staff! ^^

Even though this chapter of the Sealer's story is ending, I just know next year will be even better!

I love the colors on the first one, and the wing markings on the second are just fantastic! The different shields, halo, and swords on each of the litter are really nice too. I keep noticing little details every time I look at them.

My first Yuletide event!

Seeing birdfamily being all together melts my heart. The background artwork is amazing, I love all the little details. Ever since joining I've been drawn into this lovely story that keeps me wanting more. Thank you to everyone who played part in crafting these works of art. <3
