Filled it. You should wait for a second opinion on this so someone can double check my ranges and correct any errors I've made. I filled it in for monthlies only, so don't try to apply this to bazaar ultra rares :P Please note that these values may change with regard to the update in the first post.

I do want to note while I can though that the albino pygmy (a 2013 monthly ultra rare) tends to be a significant outlier, anywhere from 2-4 times higher than other 2013 ultra rares.

I would say baubles are overpaying. Albino Pygmy goes around 150-200B as of late, and hasn't really changed. Then the Rare Pygmy is around 20-25B. So yeah, in my opinion I would say baubles are overpaying.
