Cross site trading on egg cave is banned per their tos (under "trade center conduct").

The only thing with reference to trading in VoU's tos is noncommercial use. Since I cannot get to their forum rules to see if there are any trading rules on the forum, I'll have to go with no as I have no way of verifying what I can't see for myself.

As long as the rules you check are visible to nonmembers, sure, but I can't verify any rules I can't see.
